Detector(s) used
BH 505
AT Pro
Pro PinPointer
Primary Interest:
Relic Hunting
Went out today to see how my new AT Pro would fair. Didn't do to bad. My arm is quite sore as it is heavier than my BH 505 but it did a good job on depth of items and the pin point was right on. I did learn something, not related to the detector, Always look up now and then. I freaking got lost for a while out in the swamps. The dang vines with inch long stickers like to killed me and walking through the swamp water was no fun. It musta been hell on the civil war soldiers. I did find a few things and have three items that I can not identify. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
First up is my total finds: DSCF1306.JPG
Now the three I need help with:DSCF1307.JPG

THis one I thought was a round ball untill I leaned it up. It is actually a lead topped piece of copper and on the bottom it has little tabs holding what looks like a copper bullet.DSCF1314.JPG

And the last one. It appears to be brass with a little bit of gild still on it.DSCF1310.JPGDSCF1311.JPGDSCF1312.JPG

That's What I think to. metal is pewter or something like it. Not magnetic but is gray in color and quite heavy.

That is a great hunt. I went out Monday and didnt even have to dig my detector is so bad. May I post surface finds? I learned to hunt smarter, not deeper.

The AT Pro is a awesome machine! I pulled the trigger in the 5X8 coil, it made it so much lighter and way more precises on those trashy areas. I haven't used the stock coil since
