Secured a 1930s permission for the first hunt for 2022. 50 degrees but ground still partially frozen. Scored a nice little haul for less than 2 hours of swinging, including my first ever Walking Liberty Half 1918! No mint condition but she's the "purtiest girl" ever slid under my coil. :)

Also fetched a silver wings medallion, aluminum thimble, John Deer key, vintage lipstick tube and shell casing. I'll call that a great start to the new hunting year. Thanks for peeking at my goodies. Have a healthy 2022 and HH.

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

That is a great first haul, Hunk-a-lead. Your WW2 Airman's bracelet should be traceable based on name and city, and would be a cherished keepsake for a descendant should you look them up!

BTW is that an "s" mintmark on the back? If so it's worth about $20.
