I just bought a second metal detector this weekend to try to get my wife more into the sport of metal detecting. She would get bored very easily because she felt like she wasnt doing anything exciting just walking with me while I went detecting. I'm so glad I bought her one because now she loves it!

We went to a local playground near our home to start off at. We ended up finding 7 quaters, 3 dimes, 8 pennies, and some junk. We found the 50 cal bullet at a boat ramp for the Cape Fear River. Not too bad for our first day detecting together. At least it got her more into the sport

Nice work getting your wife involved in detecting, mine also really likes it, she does an excellent job supervising me while i am out in the water and also gets a lot of reading done! HH!
