Thought I would try to post something helpful here for those who get the Legend with older firmware.
Seeing my Legend was brand new but had version 1.07 on it when it was shipped I made the decision I would update it as soon as I could this helped to eliminate one step instead of having to reset profiles I found out that if you do not have any settings programed and saved as a profile once you have done your update all you have to do is then go to the profile section in your settings (the human bust icon) once your in that setting then all you have to do is push and hold the pin pointer and it will also go into the suggested factory default.
I downloaded another firmware update called threshold volume update but I don't think I'll be loading that up on mine I came across some information where people were saying that after doing this update they could not get their bluetooth headphones to work after putting this update on their detector.
I waited to pair my headphones after I did the update to 1.11 but my thought is if you do any up dates and then the factory default wouldn't you have to also re-pair your headphones to the detector as I would assume that the bluetooth section would default back to 0?
If that is so then wouldn't the same apply to doing the threshold volume update?
If anyone has used that update or put it on your Legend let me know if its safe or even worth bothering with.

Nokta said that the Threshold update isn't included in the v1.11, so you have to do it separately. I did this on mine and it does improve it.

Thanks for the info nuggetshooter323.
One more question on the threshold update.
Once it is loaded I do have to do a factory default?
If so that will default the bluetooth for my headphones back to 0 right?
As my Legend came with the Nokta headphones(it is a pro pack) I would think there should be no problems.
I would say that the people who were claiming to had troubles either weren't using Nokta headphone or had not removed a prior update tool from their programs in control control panel.
The update from 1.07 to 1.11 was quick and easy.
Thanks much for the info so far.

Yes, every time that you do an update you need to do a FD. If I remember right, I did have to re-pair my Nokta headphones.
