✅ SOLVED Fired Musket ball???

Need a little help on this one. Is it possibly a fired musket ball? It's heavy and I am pretty sure it's lead. That is a modern dime in the background to provide some size perspective. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated!

If you sure it's lead then it probably is a fired musket ball... Depending on if it hit something other than the ground, they come out looking like that.. Looks like yours may have hit something.. Generally, if you find 1 shot musket-ball you may find more in the general area and also non-fired ones. Good luck if you return to that spot!

Thanks for the insight and photo! Im still really new at this and while old TNet posts and google are amazing resources sometimes additional clarification or confirmation is handy. Im confident it is lead and the site it was found at was a recently demolished old farm house in East TN. Found a lot of old iron stuff, broken ceramics, and the like but this was the only lead item. Thanks again!
