After a few passes in the front yard I was able to get access to the fenced in back yard this weekend.
I did not expect to find anything old as all of the coins I was finding were 1965 or newer save two late wheaties.
Got a low 80s signal and found a spoon.... great another one for the pile :P.....hold up this one feels heavier and
is a bit easier to bend.
My first sterling spoon,
A Lily teaspoon By Whiting issued in 1902

Please post some nice close pics of your spoon without the attachment business - i don't know about others here , but i click on them and get a message from the site administrators saying something like " invalid attachment" Nice Find !

Sorry was having some issues staying logged in. Messed up the attachments, but they
should be good now :)

That is a gorgeous find Amigo ! I've only found one sterling spoon and I can easily say it's nowhere near as pretty as yours , but it is one of my favorite finds ! Silver spoons don't get dug up very often - Great find !

Congratulations on the silver spoon. Looks like some vintage wheels in the photo too.

Congrats on the Sterling spoon, still on my wish list..
