A few of the finds from today, I was just about to give up on an old road that I was working when I found the lock in the pic. It has good luck on it and the patent date is 1879. I thought this might be a sign to continue on down the road and found the remains of the pocket watch. Overall it was a fun day!

Thanks Hambone / Texas

A word of caution about that hypo syringe....With today's society you are apt to come upon a hypodermic syringe in or around any old abandoned house or building as dopers use them to "shoot up". They are very dangerous and if you accidentally stick yourself with one could contact any number of diseases including AIDS! If you come upon some of them, don't touch and notify the local cops or health officials so they can remove them. They are a danger to everyone expecially curious children. JIM
