Hit two parks today in S.F. The first park had the side of a hill that had what I believe was fill dirt dumped and spread out. Managed 2 wheat pennies and a 1941-S merc dime. My hunting partner Ray and myself found over 40 coins on the dirt pile. We both went over to the other side of the park and pulled out 3 more wheaties.
After our lunch break we headed to a different park and worked it for about 3 hours. I pulled out another 6 wheat pennies, all were 4 to 5 inches deep. hard to believe no more silver came out! Oh well, at least I got one for the day!
