I was looking at old maps of the area and I sall a road that went from Colorado springs and Fountain from 1890s going across a little creek. It was there until camp carson was established in the area. I found the ruins of what seems to be a bridge but large chunks of it are scattered down the creek. It looks like a modren bridge because it's made of concrete and steel beams. Here are my finds

I would like to know what the box thing is, the nail type, the small bullet thing, and the claw. I used a lego for size ref.

The claw thing looks like a trashed rake head. The box thing looks very familiar.... :dontknow:

Your first object is the eight-round clip from a Garand M1 Rifle! (Sometime after 1936).

That M1 clip is an odd find.... I used to own one and I made sure I picked them all up each time I shot it.... Someone got careless I guess.

The technical name for it is an "enbloc clip" if anyone cares....

The Lego size reference is just awesome!

Charlie was all over that clip. And Squirrel appears to be right on the bent rake head.

Good luck brother!
