According to a Beale expert, the correct spelling of Beale's name is (BEAL).

Which claimed Beale expert that says he broke the ciphers to state the correct spelling is "Beal" to which you refer?
...and where is the documented proof that his "solved" cipher is THE CORRECT decipherment?
