I know I comment but dont post much. Been very out of the action for a while. I think im back in.
Today went to a place on the very edge North of one our Vic goldfields. Was an old pub there but had to hunt around to convince myself the map was wrong and my visuals were right.
I think im on the right track as the map area showed an old gold era hotel/pub, but I struggled to see any glass at all. Virtually nothing. Some old bricks but targets were scarce and those I got were 100% minus negative on the Xterra. Even checking slight iffs, utter rubbish.
Walked quite a bit searching for visuals but still swinging.
Finally glass of all colours and shape. Old Gold Rush day stuff. I picked like crazy as it was mad heavy stuff junk wise.
Lots of very old junk but got an old, guessing cheapo glass button that kept on chirping great one way, broken the other. Then some not a finger ring but something that did the same signal wise.
Day was done, sun getting down and if you wait then have fun dodging kangaroos going home. I left but will return.

Not much but promising. For here at least with a very very short history.
Nothing great but fun and I'm glad to finally motivate myself 👍
