I admit it's not much,but at least it's gold! The poor little Tweety Birds wing is broken, he was pretty much folded over double when I found him, but I'm happy as I have not found much gold at all...just a couple of small rings and it's been awhile since I found those. It says 10K on it. Other then that not much else...I didn't get a chance to go where I wanted to as it was gonna rain and I wanted to stick close to home. Got about an hr. in and the skies opened up and then rained the rest of the day. On the way home I did discover a school that I haven't hit yet, I had never even seen it before...it was built in 1958 so that's the next place on my list to go.
The Sac. was pretty cool as I've only found a couple of them since I've been detecting...hey $1.00 is a $1.00 right? The religious pendant I found last week but seeing as it was pretty much my only find I waited till I had more to post with it. It went in my keepers box...not valuable, just cool!
