It's been a while since I have been on here but I haven't had much worth posting since moving to North Carolina. I was able to get out with Birdman a few weeks ago, the first time since we were both overseas together. We didn't find much but had a good day catching up on the last few years. I've been trying to get my "fix" detecting and since I haven't had much success I decided to get a display case for a few of my favorite finds from Germany. I got the display case today and it looks amazing, I don't know how else to describe it. Thought I'd share with everyone in here and say happy hunting.

Matt

P.S. The case came from meadowsdisplaycases.com if anyone was curious. They were very friendly and my order got here quickly and was well packaged.

Nice display and finds. Do you mind sharing where you got the case? Thanks.

Thanks. The case came from meadowsdisplaycases.com. I'm probably gonna get a few more since this one looks so nice.

Matt, the display is awesome.I remember when you found a lot of those. I will never forget the Lion buckle at Haupstule. Pretty cool :coffee2:

I like the gun flint in the lead. That's a well used flint. Looks to be an amber colored French flint.

I found it in the same field as the French Republic buttons that are also in the case. Can't remember the name of the town exactly but it was in Germany. If I remember correctly, this was an eyeball find. :icon_thumleft:
