Fill in the Blanks Token. SOLVED

This is pretty rough because it's plated zinc token. About the size of a modern nickle. Rang up like a zinc penny. Still soaking but this is where I'm at so far. Clearly for something in Phoenix Arizona. Anyone good at wheel of fortune? Want to guess? Or offer suggestions on iding this? I'll post an update if I get more letters off it. Back side is worse.

Some history on Mr. Seip:
[FONT=&quot]According to news articles and censuses and marriage certificates:
His life between 1867 in Derry Township, PA through about 1892 in Phx have not yet been fully researched but he reportedly owned a cigar shop in Kansas.
Sam was a well known and successful Cigar Shop owner, Bar owner, a volunteer firefighter with the Pioneer Hose Company 1 in Phoenix AZ, and considered a 'pioneer' of the city. He traveled the world for pleasure and business in acquiring tobacco.
1891, married Maude G Snively in Kansas. They had at least 2 children, 'infant' and 'Bessie'. Both died young and are buried in the old cemetery in Phoenix
1905, Maude died in Phoenix of a 3 day fever borne illness and is buried there, with their daughters
1909, he traveled to DC/VA and witnessed 2 of the Wright brothers experimental airplane flights, possibly the Kitty Hawk.
1910, married Alma L (Hill) Perkins in Phoenix, (she was the daughter of Phoenix Pioneer HA Hill). They had at least 2 children, Arline 'Sammie', and step daughter Winona E Perkins 'Seip' (1/11/1904-1/1971 CA)
1919, he and Alma moved to California, but returned to Phx occasionally.
1953, he died in his daughter's home in Glenn Ellen, CA and services were held a few days later at Kingsley & Gates Mortuary/ Chapel.
