Bear with Mark, Frankn. He does not seem to realize that he is back in Kansas from his trip to the
Land of OZ.
In other words, a positive or negative prophecy, strongly held belief, or delusion—declared as truth
when it is actually false—may sufficiently influence people so that their reactions ultimately
fulfill the once-false prophecy. We are not dealing in reality with Mark and Jay. Two sides of the
same coin. Follow Me?
Huh?I dont claim to "know" where it is and, in fact, believe its unfindable. That said, I believe its out there and enjoy the theory and discussion around it. Not sure I wouldve seen Yellowstone without it. Its entertaining.
Jay, I find that, not unlike Fenn's thrill chase game, you have constructed with your theory of Fenn's motives, a house of mirrors, a self-fulfilling prophecy. However, unlike Fenn, your house of mirrors is all based on Spiritualism and Metaphysics. While Fenn seems to be hooked on self-worship and materialism with the time tested bait and switch game in play.
Now I am running for the door to this thread. I have to find my passage back to the place I was before. This is not the Hotel California. So carry on my wayward son.
I can see how you would interpret my reveal as constructed and self fulfilling theory, but if you understood the documented chronology of the events, it would be clear to you, that the whole thing has been unveiled in stages - therefore theory could not have been "constructed"
There is one very important word in this chase that is key, and that is a "chase" itself, which implies that the target( quarry) is not stationary. You can only chase a moving target. In this case the target was moved as soon as someone figured out its location - proven by the events mentioned above.
I like your observation that the treasure must move to be chased by the treasure hunter.
Kind of like a rainbow moves as the viewer moves and you can't find the end of Fenn's rainbow
with the pot of gold?
kind of
However, the Fenn's pot of gold is on the other side of the rainbow. The rainbow is a byproduct of alchemical process - carries the secrets of the added elements, while the pot of gold is an alchemist's kettle with the melted elements. People repeating the frase " there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" simply help to carry that secret through the ages in front of all, without ever realizing what they are saying, or knowing that the process involves evoking of Satan.
Therefore, the people following Fenn's rainbow are being drawn towards the kettle and towards Satan. That is what I have been trying to warn the inocent searchers about! Unless you reject the treasure, you will become the quarry.
Come now Saint Jay the crocodile slayer. Mother Nature would like a word with you about who is responsible for the rainbow. You should read more varied literature and cut back on that metaphysical stuff. You seem to be about 2,000 years behind the curve in your reasoning and logic.
Not that I disagree with everything of what you say, but being vague, making general dismissive statements and implying things is not my idea of challenging the facts.
Consider this, Jay. When you present unproven statements as facts, such statements will keep
coming back at you like a boomarang thrown by an expert. Then you will find that you need to
keep changing your position or ignoring the question to avoid being exposed by your own theory or belief you presented as fact. We all "know" much , much less than we "believe". Follow me?
As I see it Jayackam, your situation is exactly the same as the unbeliever's blind certainty, a
close-mindedness that amounts to an imprisonment so total that the you don't even know you are locked up on this chase game. Just spinning around, hooked on an apparent sophisticated Bait and Switch Game, aka TOTC.
Jayackam, as I have stated before, you have a good eye for some of the many things that are
suspect and wrong in this Thrill Game of Fenn's. However you should refrain from expressing all
that is wrong in such stark Medieval pre Age of Enlightment terms. The age of enlightment began
in europe in the late 1600's. Maybe ~300 years ago.
Consider that mankind does not need some supernatural force to make him evil, greedy,
cruel or a worshiper of self or wealth.. Man is perfectly capable of doing all that
using his free choice, the brain creation gave him/her.
There is a reason why the absolutely convinced are always preaching about the past, whether its
Original Sin or how Noah’s Ark couldn’t have possibly existed. The past can have a very strong
hold on us, and that makes it an effective tool for control. That’s why I prefer to focus on the
future while having a healthy respect for and knowledge of the past. Some say that our past has
waited for us too long. Hog wash. Such people likely just want to dig up historical Native
American abandoned property for profit that it illegal to dig now. It is the future that is
waiting for us.
The present only lasts for a split second. Everything else in life is the past or the future.
Not that I disagree with everything of what you say, but being vague, making general dismissive statements and implying things is not my idea of challenging the facts.
Regarding the present, someone wise once said, that if you pay attention to the present, the future and the past will take care of itself - I happen to very much agree with that. I think, there is no more important aspect of eternity than NOW. But, hey to each their own.
I suspect FF reads these threads and posts about his hidden treasure and laughs himself silly. Perhaps this is part of his reason to hide the treasure and start a quest that now seems to have become an end in it's self.
If the treasure has been found (I suspect it has been) the finder would likely keep it quiet to avoid unwanted publicity and gubermint revenue hounds from getting thier handout. I would not publicize the fact if I found it, I would keep low profile and very quiet about it.
And perhaps some of the trolls on this forum have been planted by someone with a private agenda to confuse the issue even further. Just sayin' . . . . . . . .
