Fenn's treasure solve
I was banned from ChaseChat for negative/crazy talk after posting this solve. You decide for yourselves. I just want to ask you, that before you call me crazy, do your home work, study the pics, the map and verify my claims or comments.
First of all, I do not claim to have the treasure - I have no desire for it, I have rejected it.
I have reasons to believe that it has been re-moved and the access to the location has been closed. That does not mean that someone else has not found it. All I am saying is, that I have resolved the poem and the treasure's location, and in this post, I'll will lay it out point by point, as to where it is and how it is hidden. I have had the 2 first clues way early on *= within 500' of the treasures location, right after I posted the first solution in April, I had Canyon and the turn before the HOB correctly identified and some searchers went right up there. I posted second solution, knowing I was in the right location, the question of a specific spot was not 100% resolved because of multiple meanings of the clues and multiple items with the same meaning. Boots on the ground would resolve all those within 30 minutes max, but I had no desire or need to do that. Because my computer was hacked, as I was formulating all options and all of my files were raided, I have posted it on a spur of the moment. Even now, since I have never been inside, nor would I ever go there, there are still minor uncertainties, due to multitudes of the fountains etc. But I have been in a comfort zone for quite a while and the minute details and possibilities are well known to me.
I have never concerned myself with number of clues that are are hidden in the poem, and never have even counted if there were 9 of them or how they are broken down, so let's see. I will only clarify the physical solution of the location, I will no longer point out the metaphysical aspects/solutions of the poem, since it seems to offend you. However, the metaphysical aspect is the important one - the treasures new and old.*
The key to understanding of the poem is a golden tread, which can only be heard or witnessed by some. It is difficult to explain, but it is the ability to comprehend the linear aspect of the time as we understand it by the past, present and future, and perceive it in one = that is a multidimensional comprehension. The ability to do that is developed by a divine inspiration and I can take no credit for it.
Since there are many newbies here lately, for those of you who did not see my prior post with the solve, I would recommend that you read it first and see the pictures of the HOB, cave, gypsy wagons, fireplace, blazes etc.*

For those who do not want to know the truth - leave now.
The solve to the physical location of the treasure starts with the second stanza, so I'll start there, but there is an important definition in the first stanza.
Remember that there are multiples of all of the important parts = such as blazes, warm waters, HOBs etc, and the right one has to be chosen at an appropriate place and moment - word is the key
As I have gone alone in there
And with my treasures bold,
I can keep my secret where,
And hint of riches new and old. - general description of the location, but a very important words " in there = uterus" - cave has been similarly described as such by some visitors [lower intestine, reproductive organs] - He went into uterus alone, came out impregnated with a parasite = duality/pairs in many aspects*
1.Begin it where warm waters halt
And take it in the canyon down - Start at the end of Rio Ojo Caliente [ warm waters], where it flows into Rio Chama [flame/blaze] = just north of Espanola. Both rivers (waters) change the temperature. Since you are at the end of the canyon - you will take the canyon down = common expression.*
2.Not far, but too far to walk.
Put in below the home of Brown - too far to walk, you will have to drive and take the highway I 285 which runs along the river Rio Ojo Caliente through the canyon. Put in = turn off just below the HOB = see the pics in the previous links. Total distance = 3.75 +/- miles
3. From there it's no place for the meek,
The end is ever drawing nigh - rough country from there = Black Messa, road keeps on going curving left, near the end but not all the way = a parking lot, loop = less than 500' from the cave
4.There'll be no paddle up your creek,
Just heavy loads and water high. - the river bed is dry, only large boulders and arroyos/channels/runlets above, water runoffs from the top of the Black Messa
5. If you've been wise and found the blaze,
Look quickly down, your quest to cease, - if you found 2 openings on the top of the cave [look like owl eyes] = 2 blazes, if you look down you will see the chest in one of the alcoves [ possibly behind a glass, that looks like the rest of the mirrors on the fountains - see the pics link
6. But tarry scant with marvel gaze,
Just take the chest and go in peace - look closely and nearby [here is where you need a flashlight to see into the upper fountain, whose top is not visible from the stairway, and you cannot see into it from the top of the cave without a light. It likely has a cover glass, giving appearance of a mirror and reflecting the daylight from above. But it might also be left open with chest exposed with sand dust over it, sitting in the shadow of the fountain's cavity. Since the fountain/alcove is above the eye level from the interior staircase, it automatically looks like the rest of the fountains with a mirror.
So why is it that I must go
And leave my trove for all to seek?
The answers I already know,
I've done it tired and now I'm weak - the explanation of why, which goes beyond the physical*
7. So hear me all and listen good,
Your effort will be worth the cold - again multidimensional meaning, cave is known for its acoustics, concert have been held there, music videos recorded etc., There are seats like the scallop seat that have specific acoustical properties. The cave is known for its cold interior
8. If you are brave and in the wood
I give you title to the gold - If you went into the Uterus of the Dragon [you would be Brave only if you truly understood the meaning of "in there = uterus" before going in, otherwise you are simply ignorant and naive. He went Boldly = same as Brave, knowing what it is.
In the wood = turn over the log = visitors log book, that sits on the inlaid desk in the library room. I believe that the desk was inlaid with a petrified wood by some artist for Ra - I can't remember who donated that. [But there is also petrified wood, or at least it looks like that on the outside by the library window.]To see the "Title to the gold" - which I really believe was actually a letter giving/informing you of a Title to the whole property - possibly conditional that you be the caretaker of the cave. I think you would need a UV lamp or heat/chemical to see the hidden writing. The property was put up for sale and access was closed after my computer files were hacked. They became disillusioned, changed the game, took out the deed and the gold. Do you think that they would leave the treasure there?
So I can match every hint, and word that he has passed as a hint to this location without any effort.. I cannot remember many now, but here area some. I can guarantee you, that it can be easily matched here. The cave is also known as a tree cave or a hearts cave. There is a waterfall column and tree trunks, there are the mirrors, sounds/acoustics, gypsy wagon arches, turning over the log = visitors log, petrified wood, peace - love/hearts, wise- desk/library/owl eyes , blazes - windows/ceiling openings, carvings/alcoves, skylights/moonlight,.....................
Btw, you should be able to see the treasures in the location, if you overlay the pics from TFTW.
They Are earmarked by number. You will have to color it to alpha, medium range transparency, properly align the matching points and might have to play with RGB. I do not have the book nor the pics, only what's accessible on line, so I only saw couple of pics, but it is there for sure.
The treasure was located in the Black Messa, inside the uterus of a dragon - do you still think it is totally innocent and well intended? Everything he does has significance, why are you dismissing something that important? If you do, you really need to look closely into who you really are.*My goal from the early beginning was to shut down this assault for your own protection. Some of you will be upset, and call me more nasty names, but if you really understood the danger, you would be greatful. And i am not holding that against you. I am sure Mr.Fenn would if he could attest to that danger - he has done it tired. So I respectfully ask you Mr. Fenn, shut it down - you have lost, but I did hear your message .
Just in case no one has found it yet, Smile Train is dear to my heart.
