they sure put allot of work out to do this on such a large Scale.
real counterfeiters with that big of an operation would have done their homework,
and printed Hundreds & 50's . Not enough hundred thousand dollar bills & bonds
to pay off the National Debt in 2015
I think Yes they were produced by a Government.
Most likely they were produced at the direction of the U.S. government as a scam against the Philippians
that could easily be reneged on .
maybe payment to put a Base & airstrip on the island.
and because of this.
Yes they are Declared Counterfeit by the Secret Service & every Branch of U.S. government.
so even if you were there as they printed them, they were essentially printing counterfeit
bills & cases .
