✅ SOLVED farmers field hunt find unsure as too what this is any ideas

Hi all at TNET hunted a ploughed field today and found this item, im unsure as what to call it and everytime i attempted a google search i ended up with images of ironman in a neckscarf lol any help appreciated guys thankyou HH

To be honest Breezie it looks more like an old sailor/captain to me. The "goggles" could be a ribbon some sailors used to tie the top of their shirts. The jacket looks like a uniform type. The scarf blowing in the wind and the head turned gazing off into the distance is indicative of someone standing on the bridge/bow of a ship.

Just my opinion.

When I first saw this, I thought "Horatio Nelson".

Lol yes born and bred in St. Helens merseyside but as you can gather not to good on my history but I'm learning lol
