Well folks, the good news and umm don't look! Here are the pictures I promised. I didn't realize where I had the ring though! I just put it on a finger so I wouldn't lose it. The second picture is the owner getting it.

Very pretty ring, I had one lady at my lake come to me and tell me the day before she lost her earring, took me forty five minutes but I found it. Iv'e had numerous (yesterday) come to me swear they know where they lost it or are not quite sure where. Returns are tough.
