No this is not a scrappie (I think). I don't know either what a scrappie is, my guess would be a Roman coin where nothing much is left to see, or in such a bad condition you cannot determine who the guy/girl is. DMN said:I am impressed every time I see one of Crusader's posts. It has to be a thrill every time you turn the soil for one more bit of history. And it's equally impressive the knowledge you have about the items. Probably helps that you're able to turn items often, and can recognize them fairly quickly. Where I live I'd be hard pressed to come up with anythng over a couple hundred years old! Love that history! And thank you for sharing!
