I was beach combing during a break in metal detecting pier and wharf remnants. The site is littered with iron, bricks and shards so often I return home with non metallic items. This one has a weird feel. I?m not sure if it is compacted material. It has a groove, with "L T D" visible, so I suspect if was once a longer bar. Has anyone seen something like this before?
