Extra Sharp Washington Quarter

Found this quarter in our quarter jar. Looks especially sharp and shiny for a 1985. I don't think it's worth more than 25 cents, but could it be a proof? The coin even feels sharp on the edges. Not sure the pics really do it justice.

Yep, definitely a proof.

And by the looks of it, an impaired proof. Worth nothing more than $.25 to a serious coin collector at this point. Put it in a bezel and wear it.

I guess it could be a proof someone decided to release into circulation. They sell it seems for around $3.50 online with probably a little shipping cost on top of that.
