Exactly what type of case do you have for transporting your XP Deus?

There are many accessories that one needs when going metal detecting and I am looking for some opinions as to what you like for carrying your detector and accessories. Me, I don't want a backpack like the new video shows. I want a case that can hold all of my accessories perhaps in pouches and a case to hold my detector. The backpack looks like you have to take the detector apart and pack it just right. I'm not that meticulous but I guess the main thing I want to do is bring all of my desired accessories with me on trips. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate hearing them, photos would be a bonus.
Thanks,
JoeyA

The cargo bay of a Toyota 4Runner works well for me.

Don't use a case, have seen people using rifle cases.

It you're going to buy a hard case, buy a Plano.
Made in USA.

There's also a large variety of soft rifle cases.
Just google: rifle cases.

That reminds me... Many years ago, I bought a Doskocil hard case for O/U shotguns, intended to be used with the shotguns taken apart. I preferred leaving the guns assembled, so I never used the case and put it in a closet.

It should be perfect for the Dēus. I'm going to see how it fits today.

No go. The arm support part of the Dēus is too wide to fit in the case. :(

I got an XP factory case, then they came out with the backpack. I was hesitant to spend that much, bit the bag works really well. It's very thoughtfully made. I haven't taken it on any extensive treks, but the Deus is pretty light so the bag will be good to go.

I tried to order the XP hard case a few days ago from both Bart's and Amazon and was informed they are all out of stock and won't have any for a few weeks. Just FYI.

I have bags of bags on shelves. not kidding. Heres the best thing Ive found so far.

...its a log carrier.

I have the new XP backpack. Works very well. Have a 13”, 9” elliptical and 9” x35 just in the coil compartment. Everything else fits nice and there is room to spare. Don’t discount it. It is nice.

13x11 is in there too.

I have two Orx’s and I got the new backpack which I take when I’m out for a trip or full day, but it’s packed up with everything you could ever want. I have a second backpack which is an inexpensive White’s one and with a little modifying like a stretchy outside pouch for finds belt/ bag and an attached Garrett’s bag for headphones is ideal for carrying/ wearing in the field or woods. It holds up to 3 coils and a mini shovel. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1589722500.868623.jpg

I have 4 deus Hard cases

I bought the XP 280 backpack but wasn’t for me and sold it. I’ve pared down to one Orx , the two 9” coils , WS4 headset for Deus lite option. It all fits nice in a Prince tennis racket bag made into a backpack.

I use the Deus hard case, same as Rusty Gold, it works great... "D"
