My wife bought both of these at an estate sale. They look hand painted but are non-functional; i.e., the tops do not come off to allow liquids in to the inner bottles. They are 7.5 inches high. The top is a dragon made of cut glass. The inner piece looks like a Tabasco bottle located within a block of glass. The estate sale featured many Asian glassware and knick-knacks; some antique, some modern. My hunch is that these two are modern decoratives and probably from a cottage-industry craftsman located in Asia. They are absolutely beautiful. Any help would be appreciated.
Unfortunately, one of them has a small chip in the top corner of the square glass.
