Error stamp, any value?

I found this at a yard sale this morning. Wondering if it might have any value? The stamps are mint condition (inside 3 layers of protection). I only payed 25 cents for them.

What's everyone's opinions? I know they were made in the late 80s, not much more that I know about them.

A similar one is for sale online for $30 (asking price). The stamp is ID-ed as Scotts # 2175. (1987)
You may wish to go to your local library and ask for the Scotts Catalogue of US Stamps.
Once there, it may give you some information regarding this misaligned perferated stamp.
At 25 cents, you did well.
