When I had to send my headphones in for repair it took a long time to get them back even though they replaced them and not an actual repair. That should have been a quick turnaround but it wasn't. The first estimate came and went with nothing received. After a couple more phone calls to them I asked for a supervisor. When he got on the phone he said they were having a hard time getting new ones in. With a little more complaining from me he found a set and got them sent out.
I would prefer not to have trouble but if it happens I don't mind sending it in but if it takes a long time to get it back that's not acceptable. As I see more of these kinds of problems it doesn't make me want to buy more of their products. I hope they step it up and get back on track.
