With the bulk of the holidays over, its nice to get out again with the wife and do some hunting. Lots of hunters out saturday, counted 8 by 8am. Hunted 7am to 12 noon, and I'm exhausted. Even with all the hunters we did manage 2 gold rings- 1 with 11 stones.

Sunday- we got out at 6am-10 and didnt see a single hunter. The wife pulled out the only goody with a 10k school ring.

Saturday was an great day at the beach. :) Lots of people down at the beach for the Outback Bowl plus kids on winter recess and the snow-birds.

;) Hey Paul Nice way to end up the year . Pretty bleak down Sarasota way. I go out three times a week and still come home goldless , pretty @#$% depressing . Beaches are well sanded in . Anyway ,It sure uplifting to see you you do well,Happy new year to you and the wife hope to see ya soon...Guzz1

Gold Digger,
You guys are the ones with all the action. WTG. Nice tickets and nice photos. today was my first day back to the beach for a while. The red tide has been bad around here as you probably know. The wind was favorable today so went for it, but not much happening here, even with the moderate crowds we have had over the holidays. Thanks for sharing. It gives the rest of us continued hope.
