Howdy Folks. Hit the lot where I scored the 1859 Fatty again today. I drank a liter of H2O as it was warm. Got the junk earring. I am KING of junk jewelry!:icon_farao: I got the 1920 wheat, 1962 D Rosie, and 1897 Indian. Headed toward the road so the passersby could see what a REAL treasure hunter looks like.:hello: I eyeballed the big clay marble right on top big as life.:headbang: Looks like it has some painting on it that's warn about off. Got a bunch of clad along the way. Got a bent compact lid, a brass clip doohickey, and various other weird stuff. Headed over to try my first run at another empty lot owned by the same person. Found my third 1951 D wheat in as many hunts. I also scored the crusty 1902 Indian there as well. Had a ball working real slow in the heat with my Makro Racer 2 & Nel Snake coil. Done very well for me today. Thanks for stopping by. Kurios1

I nearly forgot. I notched a first off my bucket list today! The brass toilet bolt has always been on my radar and I got me one today! WOO HOO!:headbang:

Thanks mate. I have covered this construction sight pretty thoroughly. I am considering waiting until dusk and go back over it with a steel rake after removing some of the bricks and landscape concrete blocks that are scattered about. I'd love to get some older silver or perhaps even a bucket list coin out of this sight and I figure if I do a bit of work I might unearth another keeper. Not to mention the permission owner should be pleased with me cleaning up his mess a little.

I would go back if I were you,no sites are ever hunted out IMHO. You dug some great finds, especially that coin! I have dug a breastplate in a yard where the flower bed previously was and the rest of the grounds had already been demolished.

Thanks coilygirl. I am sure my mind is already made up. I just thought I'd throw this out there to create a discussion to assist other folks who may not have considered going to this extreme. Hell, we are treasure hunters! Nothing is TOO extreme for us! I put up a post in the "General Discussion" section about this earlier today. Adios sister.:headbang:
