3 of 3...... What is this carving?.. wondering if boomer..or Curtis or KI... Or any researchers who have been to line of rocks in Elliott County on the little sandy river and seen this could share any info on this carving....
It is on the south side of line of rocks...near where the the indian steps side was on the waybill.....about 6 or 7 foot off the actual ground.. 3 foot above water line during summer pool....
It appears to have letters... Maybe and upside down hand with Fingers.. there may be an M in the middle... Below is an X and an + carved.. these are clearly seen.... To the right is 4 symbols that may be a year... Last number appears to be a 7......
Just below these symbols about a foot lower is a snake carving that may be map of the little sandy river...
My question if anyone have seen this years ago they may be able to share what the letters or symbols were?.... Very faded and hard to read now...
