They are recent but fake...whoever is doing it recycles some of the pics and text.

Huge. Multifamily. Estate. The most misused terms in this business. Huge means two boxes of junk. Multifamily means brother is also selling his dirty t-shirts. Estate means the antique dealer has moved her non-selling junk from a store with no foot traffic into a friend's house and knows someone who died.
