I have over the past 20 some odd years, I have a good collection of porcelain seals for mason lids, I have never found one or apart of one with a maltes cross on it, You might want to check into that piece, I'm sure I do not have an exampl of all of them, I've just never seen one like that. Cool finds for sure I'd go back and Pound that spot....................................HH

Thanks gunrunner. I thought it interesting as well. I have full and unlimited access to this site. It is 30 acres, has houses on it from 1700s, 1800s and this one.
