Finally the farmer cut his soy, lol. The wait has paid off! This field gave up some nice colonial coins, buttons and early US silver. KG II’s, KG III’s, Seated Dime, Liberty Cap, Draped Bust, and the toasty coin variety. Take notice of the small silver button/cuff link with initials on the backside. It actually looks like a half reale converted to a button/cuff link (octagon shaped). Without a doubt it has incredible character. 6 of the 8 coppers cleaned up well. Repeat visits will be in order.

Wow! What an incredible day. Can’t wait to see what the future finds will be. The farmer just cleared the beans on a farm Ive got permission for as well, just in time for the freeze.
