Eagle I button. CW? yup!

Am I correct in dating this button to the civil war? Does it have a Tice or Albert's number?

Added: Backmark says * W G MINTZER * PHILD (the D is PHILD is superscript)

Thanks for looking, it's my first Eagle. I don't hunt in a CW area.

Definitely civil war era...Mintzer made buttons from 1858-70. Nice find
