Dug up from my Backyard, can anyone help identify?

My son found this with my metal detector a little more than a foot down in my backyard, can anyone help identify this? It measures 3x2 1/2.

I think that backhoe needs to go to the dentist now because one of it's teeth fell out, it should have flossed more often!
