And another star if you know who this immigration quite is from ... "Latinos have come to the US to seek the same dreams that have inspired millions of others: they want a better life for their children. Family values do not stop at the Rio Grande River. Latinos enrich our country with faith in God, a strong ethic of work and community and responsibility. Immigration is not a problem to be solved; it is the sign of a successful nation. Sounds like some stupid woody plant saying.

But it is a very stupid comment made for pandering.
Immigration is important to this country. And so are laws. If we decide that millions of criminals are more important than our law then we will be in really big trouble.

If you want to make imMigration easier, I agree. But the current debate is racist to say the least. If you have a Spanish sirname you are welcome to break the law. If you come from across the pond, work hard, even go to school and want to become a productive part of society, you are likely to be DENIED.

HA! For wife & I... it IS good; got close to $1,000 back from Feds & State Taxes. Took a train trip to DC (up & back) on 1st day of Spring; took Grey-line Tour. Saw quite a bit of history; she has never been there; I had TRAINING, gave TRAINING. Stayed at Mukananda Ashram several times; visited HOUSE IF THE TEMPLE, several times (32nd Degree A & ASR). WONDERFUL memories pre-9/11.

Say it with me: George W Bush.

Reagan's one-time amnesty bill in the 1980s just exacerbated the problem because it brought in millions more illegal immigrants.

So despite the blatant desire to get votes by these two, nothing constructive was done. Maximum damage, minimum benefit - even to them. Sounds like politics to me.......................
