Dream hunt...where would you go?

The plantations around Charleston, S.C. in the late fall. That would be my dream hunt. I love that area down there, there's a lot of history. Unfortunately, most if not all of them are off limits to detectors.

Southern England!

That would definitely be on my list. I read an article about a guy that was looking for a hammer that he had lost on his farm and found a chest from the Roman Empire, worth millions.

Wow!

Peru and Bolivia.

I am going there after I spend 8 months or so in Central America.

Mexico also has a ton of treasure too.

England. Several of our club members have made detecting trips to there and always come home with some great old stuff: hammered silver, gold coins, roman coins, ect....
100 year old "coppers" are just junk to them!

Maybe someday!

A few of the early USA states MA, PA, CT..... lots of old coins still lost in the ground . Would like to find some old copper coins, old silver from the 1700's and early 1800's, even some Colonial coins.

I'd like to go to go back to the North of Englad and Scotland with my detector. Lots of Roman history there!
