Six Doves cleaned and breast halved and deboned
Italian Dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 lb bacon
Skewers
Place dove breasts in a baggie and pour enough Italian dressing to cover. Add salt & pepper. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Wrap each breast half with a piece of bacon, using a skewer to keep in place. Cook on grill for approximately 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
These are great appetizers or a meal.
