Anyone ever seen this variety? I’m stumped! Hoping someone out there has the book on Ct.’s ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1571967209.408779.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1571967231.174657.jpg

That's absolutely an awesome find!

I don't know anything about Conn coppers, so take what I say with a grain.

Could it be someone's attempt of a counterfeit two headed coin??

Hello 1kBlueTuber

I'm normally a lurker here, but seeing your post, I figured I'd make an account :) Seeing your find, all I can say is WOW! I've studied connecticut coppers for a little while, and as far as I know, there's no established die variety for a copper with two obverses. This means that you either have a rare error coin, or a contemporary counterfeit, both of which could be worth a lot of money. I'd definitely recommend getting your coin appraised, because this could honestly be a once in a lifetime find.

Congrats on the find!
