is it just me or are we looking at 3 different sides?

I think the zoomed in pics of the Italian words is the same as the bottom half of the first picture.

Yeap, the magnified Italian verbiage is what is written on the bottom and on the top of the crusty/rusty side, took me a little bit to figure that out.

The shiny side with the eagle has the listed dates.

I've looked through a boatload of Italian Military Medals with no luck thus far. So I don't know if it's a Miitary, Civilian, Commerative medal or possibly part of a keychain.

The big thing to solving this might be getting the exact verbiage from both sides and figuring out what the pictures are. The one side looks like a Eagle grasping a flag/standard but what is on the left wing........A crown or something?

The other side I can't tell if that is the Roman Colosseum, or another building.

If you can give us the year after february, it would be a big help and a key search date. This date seems to be more important to the theme of this medal than the other dates because its on top..

I agree, I know in February 1936 there was a major deciding battle in Ethiopia, that went in the favor of the Italians. But that doesn't seem to fall in line with the other dates......

https://shop.moruzzi.it/it/regno-d-...adam-brigata-savona-16-reggimento-fdc-rr.html

The medal commemorates the battle of 12-15 February 1936 at Amba Aradam but recalls the first War of Independence (1848-49), the Crimean War (1855-56), the Second War of Independence (1859), the Expedition of the Thousand (1860-61), the Third War of Independence (1866), the Presa di Roma (1870), the Balkan Wars (1913-14), the Great War (1915-18), the conquest of Ethiopia (1935-1936).

And Euro to American dollar selling price is actually €280.00 = $315.06
