Don't Hunt Here
Hey Y'all,
Just wanted to let everyone know to avoid Fort Dobbs in Statesville (my back yard.)
I went out there the other day to try my luck and maybe find soem bullets. I hadn't left my car but a minute before when a ranger came up and asked if I knew what I was doing was illegal.
I didn't realize it, but it's a state site. He was nice enough and let me off with a warning, but mentioned that they've been cracking down and said they just busted a guy who was out at night. Took his machine, his car, and gave him a fine.
I'd never seen them before, but as I left I noticed a couple cameras, so I guess their recording now.
I feel mightly luck! LOL
