I added that myself from the manifest of the Mercedes. I don't know what Odyssey thought or knew at that time. They never said it was not the Mercedes, but only that they couldn't positively identify the shipwreck.

I believe he's talking about Henri Delauze (COMEX) who use to be on Odyssey's board of directors. I don't think he was involved with the Black Swan, but I think he was involved with the Merchant Royal. I could be wrong.
