Does anyone recognize this rock, and/or know its location?

Hi All, I am curious if anyone recognizes this rock, or knows its location? If so, please post here or PM me if you like. I would be willing to reward someone very well if they could give me a GPS coordinate for this rock. Of course, I would have to verify it is accurate. I would even reward someone who could tell me for a fact which creek it looks over.
