Does Anyone Recognize These Patches?

I am trying to get an id on these for a co-worker. If anyone can id these or lead me in a direction that will help me id these, I would appreciate it. I neglected to put anything in for a size reference. If I set them side by side, they will just fit on a CD or DVD and are about 75% the height of a CD or DVD.

As best I can tell they aren't for a specific organization, but just monogram patches. This from googling combinations of vintage (or antique), crown, wreath (or laurel), bullion, embroidered, felt, patch. But then, I only found two and both from the same seller.
