does anyone know any information on a one quart milk bottle called B.E. Bratt

Hi everyone this is Matt again

can anyone give me some information on a B.E. Bratt one quart milk bottle from jamestown N.Y.
at the top of the bottom of the milk bottle to the left there is a 17 and to the right there is a 5 and a strange symbol in the center that has a letter I in the middle

A little info. Look at the bottom, and there should be two numbers. Let' say it was 25, that would be 1925. Got this off another forum.

I only see a 5 on the Bottom so I'm going to Guess it may be a 1905 Bottle.
Though the first Number may just be a bit Poor.
there are markings to the left.
