I stepped up my antiquity game a bit, and moved to Estonia :) Mapped out a few potential spots and had a great few days of digging! (If anyone can venture a guess on the age and origin (Viking?) of “strap end” or “leather mount” I would greatly appreciate it!
The two silver coins are:

1 Pfennig - Andreas Pepler (1468-1473)

And
Heller - Karl IV von Luxemburg (1368-1370)

Thanks for looking!

I know nothing of the history & objects of Estonia, so can't help with ID, only make educated guesses based on my UK experience.

Drilling holes after casting was very common in the 17th C, so think thats when the bell dates to.
Probably went on a horse with lots of others but also looks small enough to be on a large hunting bird.

The other item is like nothing we see over here. The slot I assume took a leather strap, so I assume it was a belt decoration, similar to a belt stiffener. It doesn't look like a Viking era object to me (9th-11th C AD). Looks more Late Medieval circa 15th C.

Well done on the 2 Hammered.

Hey Gare,
When I hunted in US I did a lot of research through “Library of Congress map archives”. I pretty much do online searches for old maps and try to go from there.
