Hello everyone. Hope all is well and wishing a happy mother's day to all the moms out there.

I returned to the old river swimming beach yesterday and today for about 6 hours total. I found a lot of goodies! 4 silvers, 12 wheats, 5 good nickles and the usual miscellaneous relics. Oh, and a beautiful little gold ring with a blue stone! It fits my wife's finger perfectly and just in time for mother's day!

The ring was a great surprise. It's stamped 10k inside. I actually attempted to live dig a nickel signal, solid 13 on the nox. I have been digging a lot of old nickels in this area recently so I figured I'd give a live dig a try. Was hoping for a Buffalo at best but this was a welcome, and overdue surprise. It's been 1,013 days since my last gold find.

I cant seem to uploaded the video but you can look up Centsless Metal Detecting on YouTube for the video. I only have 2 videos posted so far. Here are the pictures for your enjoyment.

Very good question Hbot37. I'm really hoping someone here recognizes it. I actually found this a different day and not at the same location. I just put it on the board because I'm curious as well.
Might wanna put that one on the "what is it?" forum. I'm very curious about it.

Outstanding !
Thanks ETrac! Much appreciated.
Sweet ring. That's why I dig so much trash. I have found some nice items that most would pass by because it sounded like trash.
Thank you djackson. Gotta dig trash to get the goods. I'm just glad to have a spot like this. They left a ton of goodies for me.

Very nice looking ring. Congrats on all of your finds.
Thanks a bunch Trez!
4 silvers and a gold ring! I would say that was a really nice day!
Thanks Old Dude! Technically it was back to back days but yeah still great outings. Went back yesterday and managed another silver and beautiful 1936 Buffalo!
