🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Did I make a huge mistake?

I found a specimen of gold ore from the French Lily Mine in Cleater Arizona it was about the size of a tennis ball with a small amount of gold showing on one corner so I started to crush it this bottle is all of the 3/4 of crushed ore I think I have 1/3 to 1/2 once of gold.

yes, you may have made a mistake.
the value may have been higher leaving it in the original form.
People pay a premium to have the original crystal with the gold going through it.
They also like to dissolve the crystal and have the gold vein structure.

They can weigh the amount of gold in the original.

Do you have a picture of the original?

Hate to say it, but I'm not sure that what I'm seeing in that picture is gold.
