Did I find GOLD?

Tried a few pans in an area known to be worked by the chinese.Found two yellowish pieces and a nickel

It appears you did, but hard to tell, when I blow the picture up, is a bit blurry, I am wondering if the little silvery piece might be gold with mercury, hard to tell from the photo
