The site was down all morning. I almost went into DTs. Marc or Jeff or somebody do something, that can seriously never happen again or us TNet addicts might actually hurt someone. Even if it is only ourselves

Yeah, that was rough. I had to run out and buy a coil for my detector, it was so bad. Just being around all those different detectors and talking MDing with the dealer. I felt much better. Now the site is back up. It's going to be a wonderful day.

I thought for a while there that I was gonna have to get a real life. WHEW! That was close.

I checked the "NOW" section and the last posts were around 7:30 at night Pacific Coast time and it came back up at around 8:00am next morning.

I was wondering if there was going to be a massive change to the site, but it appears the same. Maybe a maintenance issue.

Yep, I noticed. At first I thought it was the dang computer having "issues" again. But when other sites were coming up with little or no problem, I realized

I found out what happened I think. A black hole hit it, honest. I heard from a reliable source that Mark tried to link into that collider to speed this net up, he is OK now just seeing spots. This may even make CNN, they will have a better story I'm sure.
