Souvenirs. Went to school at UVA. Saw them all the time. Think about it, how could silver ware that Thomas Jefferson used have a stamped picture of Monticello. Could still be silver, but definitely souvenir. Not from the 1830s.

looks silver plated...cheap souvenir. Sorry, I'm the first to hope trash is treasure...but that ain't it. Sharpen the edge and use to further your hobby as a fruit carving enthusiast. You will be the life of the party.
